Role Description

Configurations & installations tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, DVW installations and performing installation checks and coordinating for approvals
Performing license checks, License Pool Management, coordination with stakeholders and offline license activations
Managing user accounts and permissions
Version upgrade of Alteryx designer server
Maintaining servers and performing cleanups, Health check of Alteryx server
Preparing Ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
Performing MongoDB backups and restorations on Alteryx servers
Guiding users for Alteryx Intelligence suite and DVW license procurement
Preparing Housekeeping report & performing the same in close coordination with Vendor and business stakeholders
Performing Server Password updates and certificate updates
Creating ODBC connections for users
Monitoring system performance and addressing any performance-related issues
Troubleshooting and resolving errors and issues encountered by users related to designer or gallery
Providing guidance on error messages and defect diagnosis
Providing Gallery access to users according to their requirement
