[Hiring] Admissions Officer @Bayswater Education

Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Admissions Officer to join our central services department. This role works closely with Sales, Partner Support, Accounts Receivable, and our schools to ensure applications are processed accurately, payments are tracked, and students and agents receive clear, timely communication. You will play a key role in managing bookings from enquiry through to arrival, while helping to protect revenue and maintain strong agent relationships across the region.

• Process student and agent applications accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and issue invoices, visa letters, accommodation confirmations, and pre-arrival documentation.
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with agents to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
• Support with receipt allocation, tracking outstanding balances and escalating unpaid cases where required.
• Coordinate on refunds, commission queries, and overpayments, ensuring records remain accurate.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date data in the student management system.
• Monitor shared inboxes and manage queries professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with Sales and Partner Support to resolve booking or payment issues.
• Provide booking and payment updates to support regional forecasting and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, education administration, or international student recruitment.
• Confidence handling invoices, payments, and basic credit control processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with databases and finance systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones.
• A proactive approach and confidence following up firmly but professionally on outstanding payments.
