[Hiring] Administrative Specialist @Triump Wellness

Role Description

• Data entry and payment processing of contracts
• Back-up for warranty registrations and rebates
• Clerical duties will include scanning, filing, and copying
• Good phone skills required
• Assist with other accounting work as assigned
• Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to the accounting department and its staff
• Daily / weekly status reports for management
• Undertaking special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years accounting and clerical/office management experience
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and efficiency
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated, pro-active, & decisive
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented and organizational skills required
• Intermediate Excel skills required; understand filters, formulas, sum-ifs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• MAS 200 working knowledge is a big plus

Requirements

• Hours are 8-5 pm daily, overtime as needed
