Role Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an administrative support professional. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our mission at Rebellion Defenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments and meetings.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with data entry and database management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
• Handle incoming communications and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Support various projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an administrative or virtual assistant.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with online collaboration platforms.
