[Hiring] Admin Assistant @Remote Recruitment

Role Description

Remote Recruitment is looking for an Admin Assistant to support a UK-based team remotely. You will handle the everyday tasks that keep a business moving:

• Inboxes, documents, data and diaries.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST). It is a good first step into UK remote work. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to be organised, reliable and quick to pick things up.

Qualifications

• Clear written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good attention to detail, particularly with data
• The ability to work independently once tasks are handed over
• A reliable internet connection, a working laptop and a quiet workspace
• Availability across UK business hours

Requirements

• Manage inboxes, respond to routine emails and flag what needs attention
• Update spreadsheets, CRMs and internal trackers accurately
• Prepare documents, letters and simple reports
• Schedule meetings and keep calendars current
• Carry out research and data gathering tasks as requested
• Support colleagues with ad hoc administrative work
