Role Description
This role involves leading a team of talented software consultants in the execution and delivery of world-class implementation projects to our customers while managing key performance indicators and driving the overall growth and profitability of the Acumatica delivery practice.
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine and enhance delivery strategy and methodology
- Lead the practice in delivering services that meet and exceed client expectations
- Manage the practice to key performance indicators
- Set and reinforce clear, measurable performance expectations for team
- Act as the Company’s product line expert for Sales, Consulting, and Marketing Efforts
- Provide oversight, governance, and management on active Acumatica projects/engagements
- Conduct team meetings and weekly one-on-one meetings; participate in mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and Q&A
- Energize, develop, motivate, coach, and train team to success
- Build and reinforce teamwork with direct reports through clear, effective communication
- Maintain a positive practice culture that is evidenced by high employee morale and low turnover
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and key strategic partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of leadership experience of an ERP product line in a VAR environment
- A strong understanding of the Acumatica application, or similar midmarket SaaS ERP solutions
- Outstanding leadership and coaching skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate others
- Natural talent for developing and fostering collaborative and trusting relationships with team members, co-workers, and clients
- Superior presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM applications
Requirements
- Able to provide insight and recommendations to Sales and Consulting teams to solve complex business needs
- Demonstrated ability to achieve professional services revenue goals, lead consulting teams and engagements
- Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world
- Ability to manage customer expectations skillfully and diplomatically
- Capable of effectively setting and achieving goals, and meeting deadlines through effective time management and prioritization
- Ability to handle multiple projects and manage practice demands with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel, as needed
