Role Description

As Account Director, you will lead sports and media partnership consulting and account management for a diverse portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Vice President, you’ll act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader—translating client objectives into effective partnership strategies, shaping long-term roadmaps, and delivering clear, compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Serve as the day-to-day lead on accounts, driving strategy and execution across sports partnerships.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage client and partner relationships.
• Deliver performance insights to optimize results.
• Contribute to business development by supporting research and helping craft strategic responses to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Expert in sports marketing and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the sports and media landscape and how brands engage across channels (TV, digital, social, and more).
• Experience working with major professional sports leagues, ideally within the women’s sports landscape.
• Track record of building and executing partnership strategies from concept through measurement.
