Role Description

This role involves joining our dynamic and multicultural sales team based in Spain and Italy as an AAC Trainer. You will play a key role in spreading knowledge about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and delivering essential support to various stakeholders.

Organize, plan, and lead workshops, webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and trainings to increase interest in our AAC solutions.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with users, professionals, and opinion leaders, both face-to-face and digitally.
Contribute and collaborate to design and update educational offerings, ensuring relevance, quality, and engagement.
Actively look for new sales opportunities and partner with our Account Manager and Marketing Specialist.
Identify new sales leads and share them with regional sales teams and resellers.

Qualifications

Degree in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Neurodevelopment Therapy.
A foundational understanding of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and language development.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
Familiarity with using AAC tools and technologies.
Confidence in presenting and delivering engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person.
Full proficiency in both English and Italian (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple events and tasks independently with a high standard of quality.
Valid driver’s license (B) preferred for regular travel within Italy.
