We are seeking an experienced 340B Program Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the ongoing compliance, optimization, and analysis for customers of the company. Responsibilities include:

• Program compliance
• Monthly reporting on relevant performance metrics
• Maintenance of various Third-Party Administrators software
• Analyzing pharmacy data to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaboration to optimize 340B program

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of 340B program requirements, covered entity responsibilities, and audit protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and claims processing.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc).
• Though role is remote, this role may require 25% of traveling and/or virtual meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field, or five years of experience working with 340B Program or 340B ACE Certification.
• Professional experience, beyond requirements, in a related field may substitute for a Bachelor degree requirement on a year for year basis.
• Compliance with government regulations: 3 years (Required)
• Auditing: 3 years (Required)
• Project management: 3 years (Required)
