Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Client Account Advisor to help clients learn about insurance protection options. You will support individuals and families by conducting virtual appointments, identifying their needs, and explaining products that may help protect their financial well-being. You will receive training, mentorship, warm leads, and ongoing support as you build your remote career.

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Build rapport and learn about individual client needs
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Help clients understand benefits and available services
• Provide timely follow-up and responsive client support
• Maintain clear and accurate client documentation
• Participate in team coaching and training sessions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Customer-service mindset and professional communication style
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable learning computer programs and online systems
• Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
