Ready to Lead Operations and Strategy for a High-Profile Health System Partnership?

This isn't a traditional account leadership role—it's a unique seat requiring both deep clinical expertise and commercial relationship mastery at the executive level. As Vice President for the Northwell account, you'll own all aspects of this strategic partnership including:

• Member Services
• Claims Operations
• Account Management teams
• All 100% dedicated personnel

Your ability to lead diverse operational teams, deliver data-driven clinical insights, and maintain executive presence with senior client stakeholders directly determines whether this high-profile partnership achieves its clinical and financial objectives.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Lead account operations: Oversee all aspects of Northwell account to ensure operational excellence.
• Build executive relationships: Establish rapport and credibility with account stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Drive clinical cost strategy: Partner with medical management team to strategize cost containment approaches.
• Own strategic outcomes: Maintain accountability for reliable revenue, expansion, and clinical outcome targets.
• Identify client objectives: Proactively understand client objectives and develop actionable strategic plans.
• Deliver business insights: Develop and present business reviews deriving insights from data.
• Ensure client satisfaction: Support positive client satisfaction scores and maintain positive relationships.
• Monitor contractual obligations: Confirm all client contractual obligations are met.
• Lead by example: Set high standards and model diligent preparation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to leadership team: Serve as member of Client Growth Leadership Team.
• Represent Personify Health externally: Participate in thought leadership presentations and industry events.
• Support broader organization: Collaborate with other Personify Health departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years experience in third-party administration, insurance, or related industry
• 5+ years in leadership role
• Solid TPA operations experience required
• Hospital systems experience managing tiers required
• Proven expertise in account service/consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, procedures, and administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to derive insights from data and present complex health cost and procedural cost information
• Strong understanding of clinical cost containment strategies and medical management approaches
• Knowledge of regulatory issues affecting benefit plans

This position offers a base salary range of $150,000-$220,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
