Role Description

The WSO Service Delivery Management team is the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all of their needs are met by leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge. Client Service is our #1 focus, and we do what is necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

The Service Delivery Management Associate is an expert on all things WSO, connecting and bridging the gap between clients, internal departments, and third parties alike. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day client inquiries, including workflow orchestration and timely resolution between internal teams.
• Leading bi-weekly/monthly client calls and presenting KPI and metrics.
• Preparing billing reports based on clients’ contractual schedules, including trend/profitability analysis for Senior Management and Finance.
• Processing in WSO Admin based on client information (new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, interest, fees, etc.) and investigating discrepancies.
• Reviewing system-generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of facilities and handling exception items.
• Interacting with clients to gather all pertinent information/details for accurate system reflection.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a high-pressure client-facing role.
• Direct experience with WSO or the Syndicated Loan Market.
• Experience in project managing or coordinating technology and business delivery as a team player, including roles in Asset Management or Data Technology (Support, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum Master).
• Technical acumen in API integration with databases, caching (e.g., Redis), and third-party services for performance optimization.
• Adept at building and maintaining trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentations).
• Strong teamwork abilities, comfortable working individually and in multi-geographical teams across departments and with external clients.

Requirements

• Rest API Knowledge (a plus): Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and status codes. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, and automated API testing frameworks.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude to meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking ability to challenge the status quo for better results.
• Experience liaising with Senior Stakeholders.
• This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
