Role Description

The Sr. Director, Account Operations is responsible for leading a centralized bid support and proposal function within Revenue Operations, ensuring high quality, timely, and consistent responses across all client requests and opportunities. The role provides oversight and coordination for complex and high value opportunities, supporting deal strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring proposals are positioned for success. It also drives standardization, efficiency, and broader account operations processes, including onboarding and transition into delivery, while applying strategic judgment to improve win rates and focus on the highest value opportunities.

Primary Objectives

  • Bid and Proposal Oversight:
    • Oversee end-to-end bid and proposal support across all client requests, ensuring high quality, accurate, and timely responses across Agency, Brand, and Complex bids.
  • Feasibility and Input Alignment:
    • Ensure all bids and proposals are supported by accurate inputs and feasibility assessments, coordinating with relevant teams to validate approach and requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear roles, strong coordination, and consistent performance across all groups.
  • Cross Functional Alignment and Deal Support:
    • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to support opportunity development, align stakeholders, and contribute to deal strategy for complex and high value opportunities.
  • Process Standardization and Performance Optimization:
    • Drive standardization, efficiency, and automation across bid and proposal processes, while ensuring accurate tracking of bid and proposal activity in CRM systems and monitoring performance metrics, including win rates, to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in bid support, sales support, project coordination, or a related function.
  • Experience leading or managing teams across multiple groups or regions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple bids and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate across cross functional teams.
  • Ability to assess requirements, validate inputs, and ensure accuracy and completeness of bid responses.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to identify risks, escalate issues, and support resolution.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data and reporting.
  • Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use AI to optimize workflows, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in bid preparation, client support, or project management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with international research and fieldwork practices (preferred).
  • Experience working in global operations environments (preferred).
  • Experience implementing automation or workflow optimization tools (preferred).
  • Experience with proposal management platforms or content libraries (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to improve tools and processes (preferred).

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $157,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
