Role Description

Are you an experienced corporate, fiduciary, or trust administration professional with hands-on exposure to offshore structures and international client portfolios? Join a leading international corporate services organisation and take ownership of sophisticated client relationships across multiple jurisdictions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth private clients, international corporate entities, trusts, and offshore structures while collaborating with professionals across jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey, BVI, Cayman Islands, and Mauritius. You'll play a key role in managing complex structures, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with international corporate, fiduciary and private clients.
• Overseeing the ongoing administration and management of offshore companies, trusts and other international structures.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, professional intermediaries and international service providers.
• Coordinating company administration, governance and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting company incorporations, restructurings and ongoing statutory obligations.
• Liaising with directors, trustees, legal advisers, banks and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring client portfolios are managed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identifying client needs and opportunities to provide additional corporate and fiduciary services.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within international corporate services, fiduciary services, trust administration, offshore company administration or a management company environment.
• A strong practical understanding of offshore company and trust structures, including their administration, governance and ongoing requirements.
• Experience managing international client portfolios and complex client relationships.
• Familiarity with international jurisdictions such as Guernsey, Jersey, BVI, Cayman Islands or Mauritius would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of corporate governance, KYC, AML and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience liaising with international clients, professional intermediaries and service providers.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in Law, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Governance or Fiduciary Services would be advantageous.
