Role Description

Our Senior Account Managers take a lead role in proactively communicating, consulting, and managing a comprehensive ecosystem of integrated marketing solutions in our Client Success Department. You will be a trusted advisor for our clients for cohesive marketing campaigns that span creative/branding, website development, and digital marketing to exceed client goals.

The ideal candidate for this role has a deep strategic marketing background, superior presentation and communication skills, and a nuanced understanding of how brand creative, web functionality, and digital media channels intersect to drive full-funnel business growth.

This position is responsible for:

• Strategically managing a portfolio of clients, often including key or more complex accounts, while providing mentorship and guidance to Account Managers.
• Engaging in deep strategic listening to uncover underlying business challenges, long-term goals, and market opportunities.
• Interpreting complex performance data across the full marketing landscape to derive strategic insights.
• Maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients.
• Growing and renewing client relationships by building effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proactively identifying and solving complex, systemic business challenges.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for your client team, bridging the gap between internal teams.
• Possessing a deep understanding of the broader real estate landscape to inform holistic strategic recommendations.
• Interpreting, analyzing, and communicating monthly performance reports and results to clients.

Qualifications

• Vast understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem, including how brand strategy, creative asset production, website UX/UI, and digital media channels impact each other.
• Proven experience interpreting, analyzing, and communicating multi-channel marketing performance data.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating complex creative and data-driven strategic ideas.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision.
• A proactive curiosity for AI technology, with a track record (or eagerness) to use AI tools.
