Role Description

Join the tvScientific team as a Senior Account Manager, where you'll lead strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success on our cutting-edge platform.

As a Senior Account Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, spanning various industries including retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent sectors.
• Launching, serving, and optimizing campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign success.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers and agencies about digital media, including CTV advertising.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client campaigns.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, industry insights, and best practices.
• Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs.
• Providing mentorship and support to junior account management team members.
• Leveraging AI tools to quickly spot performance drivers and issues and turn them into clear optimization actions for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in sales or account management in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
• 1+ years management experience with a proven track record of managing a world-class sales or account management team.
• Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, working with major agencies.
• Strong comfortability with data and the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Curious mindset with a propensity to ask questions and seek opportunities for growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with customers and agencies about digital media.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
• Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
• Comfortable using AI to accelerate analysis, forecasting, and client reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field.

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients or agencies, managing complex accounts and large budgets (preferred).
• Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines (preferred).

Benefits

• Base salary range: $91,963 — $189,336 USD.
• Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
