[Hiring] Senior Account Management Specialist @One Click LCA

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Management Specialist to work within our LCA Account Management team, focused on the Nordic market and large global customers.

This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the Nordics / EU.

What you will do:

• Lead efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base, focused on mid-tier and large customers, playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention.
• Own and manage renewals to maximize this compelling event as much as possible.
• Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilizing our impactful array of products for cross-sell and effectively white space mapping your portfolio.
• Use data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and collaborate across teams to find solutions to retain them.
• Work closely with colleagues in the Nordics market team to act on industry opportunities, attend events, and support marketing campaigns.
• Proactively segment and sort accounts under your management to ensure your time is spent targeting the right customers, in the right order.
• Seize opportunities to drive improvements in the way we retain and grow our customer base and be a changemaker for the better.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management to drive NRR across a portfolio of customers.
• Experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing €15,000+ revenue expansion opportunities.
• Data-driven; able to use data to identify insights and formulate actionable plans.
• Proactive and creative; enjoys figuring out how to engage different customers.
• Comfortable picking up the phone to customers to drive retention or expansion.
• An orchestrator and collaborator; knows when to engage sales, product, CS, or others to maximize chances of success.
• Metrics-driven; thrives on challenging individual and team targets.
• Fluent in English, and also in Finnish and/or Swedish, reflecting the region you will cover.
• Experience in LCA, building sustainability, or embodied carbon-related fields is beneficial but not essential.
