[Hiring] Renewals Operations Analyst @Cyncly

Role Description

Reporting to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, NAM, this role focuses on maximizing subscription renewals for SMB customers across North America. It involves cross-functional collaboration and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets
• Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management)
• Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; available across all North American time zones and able to follow North American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Totango)
• Bachelor’s degree and SaaS experience preferred
