[Hiring] National Account Manager @Bubble Skincare

Role Description

We're looking for a Walmart-obsessed, data-driven, action-oriented National Account Manager to own the day-to-day of Walmart. You'll run the commercial drumbeat: forecasting, reporting, item and promo performance, Retail Link hygiene, and retail media briefing. You'll also shape feature and event planning, pitch growth opportunities, and support NPD launches. You'll be our resident expert on everything that makes Walmart tick, from category and competitor dynamics to the digital shelf and Marketplace. This role is highly collaborative, working hand in hand with Marketing, Influencer & Community, Operations, and Ecommerce to deliver 360° retailer support and bring Bubble to life in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in beauty/personal care account management with proven Walmart ownership. No marketing or influencer background required.
• Retail Link, Walmart Connect fundamentals, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (INDEX/MATCH, PIVOTs), plus data storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Nielsen or other syndicated data and Walmart Seller Center/Marketplace.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strength in forecasting, PIM/item setup, PDP/content management, and promo operations.
• Experience mapping planograms and building category and competitor analyses that shape retailer strategy.
• Able to build compelling growth stories for features, space, NPD, and trade marketing, and to translate insights into buyer-ready pitches.
• Strong partnership mindset. Comfortable working daily with Marketing, Influencer & Community, Ops/Supply, and Ecommerce.
• Walmart obsessed, proactive, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. Turns analysis into action with speed and is energized by knowing everything that makes Walmart tick.

Benefits

• Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 annual salary
