Role Description

The Boelter Companies, a national supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking to fill a full-time National Account Project Manager position managing multi-unit national chain accounts across the country. The candidate must have experience managing the full project lifecycle, including:

• Reading plans
• Plan development
• Equipment selection
• Quoting in AutoQuotes
• Vendor selection
• Manufacturer pricing negotiations
• Rollouts
• Logistics
• GC coordination
• Installation management
• Post-warranty service

Experience in the foodservice industry managing national accounts is a must. The associate will embody and execute our company core values within all day-to-day duties and responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the foodservice industry managing national accounts is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with AutoQuotes and SAP (prior experience with SAP is a plus, but not required)

Requirements

• Full lifecycle project management of National Accounts
• Experience with equipment selection, layout, and design
• Preparation of project quotes in AQ
• Delegation of critical tasks to Project Coordinator and oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Exceptional follow-up skills
• Must be able to travel when required
