[Hiring] Leave of Absence Account Executive @Charles Taylor

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leave of Absence Account Executive to join our team. This is a remote position.

This full-time role will serve as the single point of contact for assigned FMLA clients. This person is responsible for all phases of the FMLA program.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively work a caseload of clients enrolled with us for FMLA, STD, Personal Medical leaves etc.
• Provide consultative assistance to clients regarding approvals and denials of leaves and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate all claim related info including leave approvals/denials, return to work, restricted hours and next steps.
• Be the one point of contact for all leave inquiries for your dedicated accounts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Workers' compensation knowledge is a plus.
