• Own High-Value Impact: Manage and grow a high-stakes book of strategic, high-value accounts, taking full ownership of revenue retention, product implementation, and renewals for Realtor.com's most critical partnerships.
• Step into True Leadership: Elevate your career by serving as a key leader within the Dedicated Success team - coaching account managers, tackling escalations, and working directly with the Manager to develop staff and streamline business operations.
• Drive Cross-Functional Influence: Work at the intersection of business and tech, collaborating across all levels of the company - from Sales and Product to Marketing and Technology - while leveraging advanced systems like Salesforce to optimize the customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with a book of customers, establishing Realtor.com as a friendly, trusted business partner.
• Retain and grow revenue with your customers by managing their post-sale experience. This includes product implementation, training, ongoing support, escalations, retention, and renewals.
• Assist the Manager, Dedicated Success with the coaching and development of the Dedicated Success team.
• Educate and motivate the Dedicated Success team, working with them on quality, efficiency, product knowledge and account management skills.
• Execute effectively towards company initiatives set by leadership and corporate OKRs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all key Realtor.com business processes and products, recommending and implementing enhancements that will drive revenue with and improve the experience of high-value customers.
• Communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance.
• Have comprehensive business knowledge and technical skill on Salesforce, Focus Fire, and other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years of related or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of account management experience with key/major accounts.
• Experience overseeing complex corporate projects through completion.
• Experience as a team leader.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with PCs, Internet and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Salesforce experience.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry.
