Role Description

The Insights Account Manager is a key member of the Retail Client Insights team, responsible for delivering thought leadership, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations that help Circana's Fashion and Beauty retail partners grow their business. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and passionate about the Fashion and Beauty industries. This role supports multiple retail account teams and serves as a trusted analytical partner, leveraging Circana's data assets, industry expertise, and analytical capabilities to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and tell compelling stories that drive action.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a forward-looking perspective on industry trends, including consumer behavior, category performance, innovation, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities.
• Translate consumer, retailer, brand, and macroeconomic trends into meaningful business implications and actionable recommendations.
• Create compelling, client-ready analyses and presentations that clearly communicate what is happening in the market, why it is happening, and what actions should be considered.
• Build proficiency in Circana's data assets and analytical tools, enabling independent analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and retail clients.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder requests while consistently seeking feedback, delivering high-quality work, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, market research, consumer insights, category management, business intelligence, or a related field; Beauty and/or Fashion industry experience and retail experience are a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through presentations, written deliverables, and client discussions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and confidently engage with clients.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and analytical methodologies, including leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $104,000.00 USD. This range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
