Role Description

As a senior leader at FCM, you'll define and deliver the global Account Management strategy, driving innovation, commercial success, and exceptional customer outcomes across our global business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in Account Management leadership, ideally within the travel industry.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading change, optimizing processes, and leveraging data, technology, and AI to improve performance.
• A collaborative leadership style.
• A bachelor's degree (MBA or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous).
• Flexibility to be based in the UK or US, with the ability to travel globally as required.
