[Hiring] Food Waste Consultant @KITRO

Role Description

As a Food Waste Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on the US. Your role will include:

• Guiding customers through every step of the journey, from installation and onboarding to analyzing results and setting goals.
• Ensuring that clients have everything they need to successfully reduce food waste.
• Maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with each client.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, sustainability, or customer success.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; another European language (French, Italian, etc.) is a plus.
• A strong interest in food waste mitigation practices and sustainability in the food industry.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Based in one of the following countries: Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Spain.

Requirements

• Working hours are scheduled within the 12:00–21:00 time window, Monday through Friday.
• This role is offered on a 60% basis (24 hours per week).

• Compensation: Full-time equivalent salary of €35,000–€40,000 gross per year; for this 60% part-time position, the salary range is €21,000–€24,000 gross per year.
