Role Description
We are looking for a commercially strong Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers across Greater China. This is a post sale role with responsibility for renewals, upsell, executive relationship management, and customer adoption. You will work with game publishers, digital platforms, and technology companies navigating complex privacy, safety, and age assurance requirements across multiple markets.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and work closely with Product, Integration Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to help customers launch successfully, deepen adoption, and expand their use of k-ID over time. This role requires someone who can manage complex multi stakeholder relationships across Chinese and international teams, navigate a fast moving regulatory environment, and identify commercial opportunities while strengthening long term customer trust.
This role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Mainland China.
