Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with our clients and the broader Podean team to develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies and unlock incremental brand growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing clients including client servicing, strategy, project management, and analysis.

  • Lead client accounts and work with the media and content leads to ensure effective and strategic management.
  • Develop and lead strategic presentations and business reviews for clients, incorporating inputs across all disciplines.
  • Build client trust by educating them on success in all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Create a roadmap for new work streams and manage various projects with internal teams.
  • Partner with sophisticated clients to drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Understand client needs and consult holistically to unlock optimal results.
  • Be the internal advocate for clients, monitor team progress, and communicate updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, retail, media, and creative teams to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction.
  • Own all client meetings, presentations, and documents, including decks and call notes.
  • Lead communications and manage client expectations and priorities.
  • Leverage Amazon’s data to guide clients via business reviews and frequent sessions.
  • Help clients problem-solve challenges creatively and collaboratively.
  • Stay updated on Amazon developments and communicate changes and opportunities to clients.
  • Once foundations are in place, partner with clients to innovate on and off Amazon.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing.
  • An understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including advertising, retail, and knowledge of Amazon’s tools.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, excelling in aligning on business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with integrity, accountability, and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential tools.
