[Hiring] Director of Partner Success @VersiTech / Bold Integrated Payments / Tonic

Role Description

The Director of Partner Success leads VersiTech’s Partner Success organization, driving revenue growth and portfolio expansion across our Bold and Tonic client base through the strategic leadership and development of our Partner Success Managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client management and sales management.
• Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies and client engagement practices.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
• Ability to analyze data, set strategic goals, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• The hours of operation for this role will fall between 8am-5pm per your time zone.
• This is a remote role with moderate travel expectations (up to 50%).
• You will have a base salary plus an annual variable compensation plan for this role.
