Role Description

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Crop Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing crop insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years as an Account Manager, preferably in crop insurance.
• Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of crop insurance accounts ranging from $1,000 to $300,000 in size.
• Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and organizational goals.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver seamless service.
• Participate in a structured new hire training program, including one-on-one training and mentorship.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
