[Hiring] Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager @Leavitt Group

Role Description

Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses navigate complex challenges with confidence? Pyron Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and serve a portfolio of business clients. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, Commercial Risk Advisors, and carrier partners to help ensure businesses remain protected, informed, and well-supported throughout the life of their insurance programs.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests
• Support renewal planning and remarketing efforts when appropriate
• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims coordination
• Work closely with Commercial Risk Advisors and carrier partners to provide insurance solutions
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen client protection and support account growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Client service, account management, or insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
• A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to serving others
