[Hiring] Client Solutions Manager @Teleperformance

Role Description

Serve as client account and innovation lead, translating business challenges and consumer pain points into AI, automation, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. Own the innovation pipeline, future-state roadmap, and continuous improvement strategy for the account.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across client stakeholders
• Understand client priorities, risks, and business objectives
• Provide account management for the client portfolio, supporting brand-specific needs
• Identify and develop AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities
• Manage innovation pipeline and business cases by leveraging client feedback and consumer pain points
• Recommend future-state technology solutions and roadmaps
• Support business reviews with innovation, insights, and transformation recommendations
• Track critical-to-quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Operations, IT, Reporting, Quality, and Product teams to execute improvements and priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Solutions
• 1+ years working with AI, automation, analytics, or CX technologies
• Strong executive presence and client relationship skills
• Experience building business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing project portfolios
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Contact Center / CX industry experience
• AI solutions (Agent Assist, GenAI, Knowledge Management, Analytics)
• VOC and customer journey improvement programs
• SaaS or technology consulting background
• Change management and innovation program leadership
