[Hiring] Client Solution Advisor @PNC

Role Description

As a Client Solution Advisor within PNC's Fortis Advisors organization, you will be based remotely in San Diego, CA. The Client Solution Advisor will:

• Provide exceptional support for internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Act as a liaison at closing to ensure proper account onboarding and facilitate payments throughout the post-closing process related to all active M&A transactions.
• Handle incoming invoices, balance and payment requests, phone calls, and general internal case management.
• Field inquiries from shareholders that are complicated and analytical in nature.
• Work with various banks and other parties to ensure accurate records and transaction balances.
• Understand and decipher complex information contained in transaction documents (e.g., merger agreements, escrow agreements, paying agent agreements).
• Critically analyze and generate reports from data contained in confidential and intricate Excel spreadsheets.
• Partner internally with senior managers to ensure appropriate follow-through and timely resolution of any issues related to incoming and outgoing funds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounting/financial role dealing with high attention to detail financial details is preferred.
• Specific experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing is an added benefit.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong service mentality.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both written (via email) and verbal (via phone).
• Able to prioritize tasks and have strong time management skills.
• Ability to work well in high volume, high pressure situations under tight deadlines while remaining focused.
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel required.
• CRM/Database experience is preferred; NetSuite experience would be an added benefit.

Requirements

• University/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
