[Hiring] Client Services Director @Creative Alignments

Role Description

The CSD is responsible for leading a team of 4 to 8 recruiters on client projects. This includes:

• Partnering with the Client Services’ team (Managing Director, CSDs, Recruiters, Operations) to plan and organize resources.
• Setting project goals and taking ownership for project challenges while creating solutions.
• Tracking project success.
• Managing the recruitment efforts and hiring process for clients.
• Supporting the intake/kickoff process with hiring managers as needed.
• Brainstorming with recruiters to develop recruitment strategies.
• Establishing realistic expectations and developing relationships with client contacts.
• Nurturing and growing client relationships, process and other miscellaneous tasks.
• Managing people and clients, with potential involvement in executive-level or strategic searches.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Consistently consult and collaborate with internal recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure clients LOVE Creative Alignments, acting as a ‘brand ambassador’.
• Develop process improvements, implement solutions, and share best practices.
• Lead weekly meetings with your team to discuss candidate and requisition status.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve best in class outcomes.
• Take responsibility for training, performance management, and career development.
• Meet weekly with the VP, Delivery, to discuss client needs and expansion opportunities.
• Accurately forecast and assign resourcing hours in a timely manner.
• Regularly review and analyze metrics, generate reports, and conduct client engagement reviews.
• Maintain a high level of focus on utilization and productivity of team members.
• Collaborate with sales team to create proposals around recruitment strategies.
• Model core values and demonstrate exemplary leadership skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of a combination of recruiting and management experience.
• Consultative by nature and easily able to build relationships.
• Energized by working with multiple clients and demonstrated success in client partnerships.
• Passionate about leading teams and impacting direct reports’ growth and development.
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work easily.
• Process-driven while respecting different work styles.
• Results-driven with an understanding that a happy client leads to referrals.
