[Hiring] Client Relationship Executive III @Xsolis

Role Description

The Client Relationship Executive III is the most senior individual contributor on the Client Relationships team and serves as the strategic relationship leader for Xsolis’ largest, most complex, and highest-impact health system clients. This role owns the overall client partnership, including:

• Retention
• Renewal strategy
• Expansion
• Executive alignment
• Value realization
• Product adoption
• Client satisfaction
• Risk mitigation

The Client Relationship Executive III is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, translate client priorities into actionable account strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional Xsolis resources to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term partnership value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of Account Management, Client Success, Sales, Consulting, or related experience.
• At least 5 years managing large, complex healthcare customers.
• Demonstrated success owning strategic relationships with large, complex customers.
• Proven track record of driving revenue retention, complex renewals, contract execution, and account growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect client priorities to retention and expansion strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear client narratives.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex accounts.
• Strong negotiation, influence, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with CRM and client engagement platforms.
• Healthcare revenue cycle, utilization management, clinical operations, or healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and elevate team practices.

Requirements

• Up to 60% travel.
• Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment.
• Position requires little to moderate physical activity.
• Travel to home offices in TN for training.
