[Hiring] Client Operations Lead @Anavah Talent

Role Description

Anavah Talent is looking for a Client Operations Lead to own the client experience and keep hiring engagements moving from kickoff through successful placement. This is a high-ownership role combining client success, project management, recruitment delivery, and operations. You'll work closely with leadership and our recruiting team while helping build the systems and processes that allow us to scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing multiple clients or complex projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
