[Hiring] Client Engagement Director @AVIA

Role Description

At AVIA, the Client Engagement Director plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Client Engagement (CE) function by designing and building scalable systems, managing high-impact Member programs, and ensuring consistent delivery of value across the Network. This role combines operational leadership with process innovation to ensure Members experience consistent, high-value interactions with the AVIA Network and to enable account owners to focus on strategic client relationships. Through data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and program execution, this role is critical to delivering AVIA’s mission of accelerating digital transformation in healthcare.

Your contributions will be…

• Build and maintain scalable processes and frameworks that give account owners and leadership visibility into strength of Member relationships and insights into future engagements and/or opportunities.
• Own the growth and health of assigned member relationships, developing account strategies that deepen engagement, increase utilization of AVIA's portfolio, and support member retention and expansion.
• Assure Hubspot data integrity of active Members and campaigns, reporting, and process enhancements in partnership with Marketing and vendors.
• Improve consistency and accountability across CE through establishing and managing team meeting agendas, Member check-in agendas, Member communication and presentation templates.
• Leverage collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Notion) to enhance visibility and align on responsibilities and accountabilities.

Powering up AVIA Network Experience

• Lead the operations and continuous improvement of AVIA’s Network convening events, including virtual and in-person gatherings, to deliver consistent value and insights aligned with Member priorities.
• Strengthen peer-to-peer and Network engagement - driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and visibility of Network insights on the AVIA Network Hub.
• Design and manage registration workflows, Hubspot integration, attendee communications, and data reporting to ensure a smooth attendee experience and accurate insight capture for CE & leadership.
