Role Description

Join the tvScientific team as an Account Manager, where you'll lead strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client success on our cutting-edge platform.

As an Account Manager on our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of key client accounts across various industries including retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent sectors.
• Launching, serving, and optimizing campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign success.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers and agencies about digital media, including CTV advertising.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and industry insights.
• Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Providing mentorship and support to junior account management team members.
• Using AI to accelerate account insights and draft client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or account management in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools.
• Strong comfortability with data and ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Curious mindset with a propensity to ask questions and seek growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with customers and agencies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• AI-first workflow: Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field.

Requirements

• MBA or advanced degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients or agencies.
• Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms or performance marketing.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $75,242 — $154,911 USD.
• Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
