[Hiring] Associate Vice President @Marsh McLennan

Role Description

As our Associate Vice President on the Commercial Entertainment team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Provide the highest quality service to customers.
• Sell new lines of coverage and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
• Manage a team and serve as the main point of contact between the insurance company (Marsh Agency) and clients (Business Managers and/or high net worth individuals).
• Provide daily guidance and oversight to the team of support staff responsible for processing transactions of an assigned book of business.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about new products and services to suit the needs of each client.
• Develop support staff and evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of their teams.
• Ensure company policies and SOG’s are followed as designed.
• Develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and maximize retention of book value.

Requirements

• College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required).
• Current California Department of Insurance License.
• 15 plus years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
