  • 2+ years in project management, account management, or operations.
  • Experience working in or alongside a small business (teams of 20-30).
  • Natural project manager who spots gaps in plans.
  • Executive presence with the ability to earn trust quickly.
  • Curious and proactive, asking the right questions.
  • Flexible leader, adept at both leading and supporting teams.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox.
  • Remote professional with a home setup and located near a major airport.
