[Hiring] Account Partner @Salesforce

Role Description

The Account Partner is a senior client-facing leader responsible for driving the successful delivery and expansion of Salesforce Professional Services engagements within a portfolio of product, automotive, consumer, and energy industry accounts. This role combines deep industry expertise, executive relationship management, and services sales acumen to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their Salesforce investments.

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Professional Services engagements across a defined portfolio of accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Drive the identification, qualification, and closure of Professional Services opportunities including implementation, advisory, and managed services.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Delivery teams to develop comprehensive services strategies aligned to customer business outcomes.
• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), project proposals, and services roadmaps tailored to industry needs.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and on-time/on-budget delivery.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, driving growth in services revenue and deepening the Salesforce footprint.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for resources, prioritization, and solutions that drive customer success.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and Salesforce product capabilities to provide relevant, strategic guidance.
• Accurately forecast services pipeline and revenue within assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or services sales, with significant experience in the automotive, energy & utilities industries.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and how they apply to business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present complex services proposals to executive audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across sales, delivery, and product teams.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific).
