[Hiring] Account Manager / Technical Solution Specialist Retail POS @Loc Software

Role Description

LOC Software is looking to hire an Account Manager / Technical Solution Expert to assist Value Added Resellers (VAR) in selling and implementing LOC’s SMS/ThriVersA solutions. The objective is to help VARs and customers achieve success in using all the features and functions of SMS/ThriVersA.

• Develop software and services opportunities with the VARs and customers.
• Provide technical sales training and demos to the VAR sales team.
• Present ThriVersA PPT / Organize full technical demos with VARs and customers.
• Actively participate in VAR, wholesaler, and retail conferences or events.
• Support VARs in creating new software and professional service opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting retail software solutions and VAR management.
• Strong technical knowledge in POS implementation.
• Must be fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Availability to travel in Latin America countries.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical implementations with tight deadlines.
