[Hiring] Account Manager @RZ HR Studio

Role Description

This is a high-touch, client-facing Account Manager role where you’ll be the main point of contact for your accounts—leading client calls, communicating strategy and performance, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard.

• Own relationships with eCommerce and DTC clients and become a trusted partner
• Lead weekly client calls and day-to-day client communication
• Oversee email marketing strategy, campaigns, flows, and pop-ups
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo specialists
• Manage multiple accounts and keep projects moving from strategy to execution
• Work remotely across the APAC region on Australian hours

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or client-facing roles within an agency or performance marketing environment
• Strong understanding of email marketing, campaigns, and lifecycle flows
• Klaviyo experience is required
• Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
• Excellent written, verbal, and async communication skills
• Confident leading client calls, managing expectations, and giving clear feedback
• Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines
• Available full-time during Australian hours

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Lead weekly client calls, provide updates, and communicate performance and recommendations clearly
• Develop and oversee email retention strategies across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate copy, design, and Klaviyo resources
• Review email copy and design to ensure quality, brand alignment, and campaign objectives
• Manage revisions, approvals, and personally QA emails before launch
• Keep clients and internal teams aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and next steps
• Ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
