Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and creating strong and profitable relationships with them. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing them with guidance, support, and expertise to help them achieve their goals using our platform.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Conduct regular check-ins and communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Provide clients with training and resources to maximize their use of our email marketing platform
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities with existing clients
• Work closely with the customer success and technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any account-related issues
• Monitor and track client usage and performance, and provide strategic recommendations and insights based on data analysis
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to proactively advise clients and enhance their email marketing strategies
• Conduct presentations and demos to potential clients to showcase our platform and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in the email marketing or SaaS industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and influence at all levels of an organization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of email marketing strategies and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
