Role Description

As an Account Manager, you are considered the customers' main point of contact, and are responsible for overseeing all of their day-to-day operations.

• Act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ensure timely/successful delivery of customer requests.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service through accuracy, responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.
• Examine sales, account management, and business retention metrics for products and services.
• Control strategic business plans for accounts and customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Analyze complex client data, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Develop complex account plans and strategies to maximize revenue generation, mitigate risks, and achieve account growth targets.
• Conduct routine business reviews with clients, discussing performance metrics and making recommendations to optimize account outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align account strategies and enhance customer experience.
• Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Implement proactive account management and customer support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
• Identify and assess risks within client accounts, developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industry work experience.
• Health & Life Insurance license (or required to obtain after 90 days of employment).

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate resides in Southern California.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
