[Hiring] Account Manager @Remote World

Role Description

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our international client base. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts — ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving retention.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, building strong long-term relationships
• Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with key clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate where needed
• Track account health metrics and report to leadership monthly

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
