Role Description

As an Account Coordinator, you will support Account Managers and client teams by:

• Turning client priorities, agreed direction, and account context into clear action.
• Tracking follow-ups, preparing updates, coordinating information, checking quality, supporting client communication, and ensuring clarity on tasks.

This is a German-speaking role. Native or near-native spoken and written German is required, along with the ability to navigate between English internal communication and German client-facing work.

You'll learn how our account teams work, what strong client support looks like, and the quality bar for:

• Clear client updates
• Well-structured account workflows
• Audience-ready German communication
• Reliable follow-through

Then you'll work from Storm's stack of AI and creative tools, playing a real part in improving how this role gets done.

Qualifications

• Fluent or near-fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Strong written English
• Ability to navigate between English internal context and German client-facing outputs

Requirements

• Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated client tasks, account priorities, workflows, and coordination needs.
• Turn client requests, Account Manager direction, and account context into clear tasks, updates, handovers, next steps, or questions.
• Keep delegated work organized and visible: actions, deadlines, decisions, approvals, blockers, status updates, tracker fields, and follow-ups.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with Account Managers, collaborators, and clients.
• Move easily between English and German work.
• Own repeatable account workflows and delegated account processes.
• Build client, service, and strategy understanding.
• Coordinate stakeholders professionally.
• Check your own work carefully before handing it over.
• Keep improving how the work gets done.
