Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and energetic ABA Referrals Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with prospective clients, managing referral pipelines, and converting leads into active ABA services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and motivated to help families access the care they need.

• Contact and follow up with incoming leads to secure ABA service referrals
• Build rapport with families and guide them through the onboarding process
• Convert inquiries into confirmed clients through effective communication
• Maintain and update client information within CRM systems
• Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and intake process
• Meet and exceed referral and conversion targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar referrals, intake, or sales-focused role (ABA or healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Passionate, energetic, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
