[Hiring] Solution Sales - Sr Associate Partner @FICO

Role Description

Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud. Uncover and discover ways for the FICO Platform to help our customers rapidly develop, deploy, and manage analytics & strategies across the lifecycle that deliver optimal results within articulated constraints.

As a Platform Sales - Sr Partner, you'll be responsible for educating our customers about the enormous opportunity of empowering business users to leverage the FICO Platform as the ‘brain and central nervous system’ for mission-critical decisions that unlock human and analytic capital permitting our customers to achieve their unique potential.

What You’ll Contribute

• Share expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization within Financial Services.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology.
• Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal teams.
• Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create long-term, profitable relationships.
• Collaborate across internal FICO teams to shape a cohesive sales effort.
• Work with the largest and most advanced Financial Institutions in South East Asia.
• Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or experience developed in work environments.
• Strong track record building relationships and understanding client’s industry and business/technology challenges.
• Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex, enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services/banking.
• Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud.
• Deep interest in and/or experience in both the technical and business use of data, behavioral profiles, decision management, orchestration, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Simulation, and Optimization in SaaS offerings.
• Techno-Functional expertise preferred.
• A passion to learn and educate customers and FICO colleagues.
• A collaborative style of working.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week.
