Role Description

EXL is seeking to hire a New Business Sales professional responsible for driving sales and revenue growth to join our team! This role will help expand our footprint for existing clients in the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) sector within the Data and Technology domain.

• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic relationships.
• Deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of BCM industry companies in North America.
• Cultivate EXL's presence in the market.
• Grow business development opportunities with existing clients with whom the company has not had previous significant contact in the Data and Technology buying centers.

The successful candidate must have specific experience as an individual contributor selling Data & Technology services into the North America region focusing on Banking and Capital Market clients.

This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization.

• Experience in selling Data & Technology services.
• Knowledge of the Banking and Capital Markets sector.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $200k - $250k.
• Total compensation includes base salary, sales rewards & commission plan, and RSUs.
• Location preference for NYC Tri-State area, Texas, Charlotte, or San Francisco, but open to other locations with expectation to travel.
