[Hiring] Test Manager @Capgemini

Role Description

Test Manager with proven experience in SDL, SDM and IMS (fixed & mobile), preferably experienced as TM on Nokia projects.

The candidate should have strong management, communication and presentation skills. Should have experience to lead teams and to drive collaborative working with multiple domain stakeholders.

Main activities:

• Review and assess project deliverables to identify the correct Test approach
• Creating, managing and executing the Test Strategy Project
• Managing teams both internal and 3rd parties onshore and offshore
• Ensuring requirements traceability is performed within Test management Tools (JIRA, other)
• Providing Test Progress Reports during Test Planning and execution
• Manage and tracking of defects
• Manage Test quality
• Monitor and control test schedule and adjusted when necessary

Work will be performed remotely for the duration of the assignment managing testing between 2-3 customer Data centers in Germany.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SDL, SDM and IMS (fixed & mobile)
• Experience as Test Manager on Nokia projects
• Strong management, communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading teams and driving collaborative work
